This reminds me too much of the douchebags in high school. They had Honda Civics and VWs and would just do the most insanely dumb things to them. Sanding the hood down to bare metal, then attacking it with a mild acid so it goes completely to rust. The rusty hood thing was really popular for a while. One kid with a Ford put V-Tec stickers all over his car and would tell everyone that he installed a V-Tec on his Ford engine. This is triggering for me.
