CanBeDone: I used FreeCAD to open your STI file. Please explain what I am looking at. as I am at absolute ZERO on learning any CAD system. I do not know how to rotate the drawing to see what I may be looking at.

That drawing is my version of the tangential toolholder. As I am not happy with it, it has never been built. It should never have been sent - I used it to test the upload of a small stl file. Just ignore it.
I have in the meantime succeeded in drawing a tangential flycutter. As with the other stl, upload failed, most likely its filesize (6.3MiB) is too big. Thus, we will have to communicate via e-mail. Drop me a line at wv99999 at gmail.com, then I'll send you the file, and the explanations needed to understand it. Here in NZ it is almost midnight now, time for me to go to bed.
