Mike Cox presented an excellent design for a folding table that fits on a horizontal/vertical bandsaw. I copied his design but substituted a door hinge for his home made hinge. The result is a table that simply folds into position when the blade is vertical and folds completely out of the way when the blade is horizontal. No tools needed and no parts to get lost. My hat off to you Mike.

I like the way your hinge keeps the table from falling down when the saw is in the horizontal position. That is a nice addition plus I have a box full of old hinges like the one you used so I have the new and improved table on my future tools list. Do you plan to make a table fence similar to the one built by Mike?
Thanks for the improved design, Paul
