In the full screen mode it looks like there may be foot prints leading away from the tractor, so it could have been placed there to stem the damage but I rather think whoever is filming the video rammed the side of the silo either intentionally or inadvertently from not paying attention to where they were going. Who ever it happened doesn't really matter now as someone just became very unpopular
