Heat treating 3D printed gaskets

I use my Silhouette Cameo 4 for making gaskets. Overhauled the carbs on my Evinrude and the kits didn`t come with two gaskets I needed so I downloaded a pic of the gaskets and cleaned them up and made them out of manila folders.

Awesome! I needed a thermostat gasket so I put the housing on my scanner along with a quarter for scale. In fusion 360 I imported the image as a canvas, scaled it, and made the sketch from that.

I could have bought the gasket for a buck, but I enjoyed making it instead.
