My name is Philip and I'm from the UK. I have always loved making things and this year I finally bought myself a Lathe and Milling machine. I have never used either before so I have a lot to learn, making my own tools is a great way to practice and I have gained lots of inspiration from this site.

I have just completed my first tool, a mini index wheel for the milling machine. I have just posted in the "Homemade Tool" forum http://www.homemadetools.net/forum/m...ex-wheel-17117

Next on my list is a knurling tool for the lathe.
