A Hex Wrench Handle
My ball-end hex wrenches get a lot of use in my shop. I can fish the long end inside a machine to engage a Socket Head Cap Screw over a wide range of angles. However, this leaves me with the short end to apply torque, which is rarely sufficient.
Here is a repurposing of an existing tool that gives me a handle that fits my entire collection of hex wrenches.

It's a good idea using the little keyless chuck and length of shaft. Your only problem now will be too much torque on the ball ends. I have too many of those to count that I have twisted the ball end off because I was a bit too rambunctious.

If you lack Rick's pin vise, consider making a slightly different style of tool to convert L-wrenches into T-wrenches...

If you use the same endmill to drill the hole and make the slot, it's a one tool operation on the mill.
For really tight quarters, cut off the arm that lacks a slot and you'll have a gamma-wrench.
