A Horizontal/Vertical Bandsaw Roll Around Wheel Brake

I can easily roll my horizontal/vertical bandsaw around on its two fixed wheels and two casters. When in the horizontal position, this works well, especially when cutting long pieces of stock. However, in the vertical position, I found that the saw tends to roll away from me as I push on the stock.

My solution automatically locks the wheels when the saw is vertical but releases them when not vertical.
