Notice a lump of fire fell off and people just stood around making videos. Um, you guys live there and a pile of burning stuff just landed at your feet. You MIGHT want to look into not having the town burn down.

At 0:10 you can clearly see this is not a load of hay. Those are canes or branches. It is doubtful that was started with a casually tossed butt. See the detritus on the road after he has passed through town. That is not hay.

Brings to mind yesterday; I looked over toward my neighbor`s place and saw a bunch of black smoke coming up. I texted him and asked if it was a controlled fire. I didn`t hear back and kept an eye on it and noticed in a few minutes that steam was coming up from it. Then I get a phone call from him a few minutes later thanking me for letting him know. Seems his plumbing to the septic tank was plugged up and he cut a piece of cable with a torch to use to unplug it and didn`t pay attention to where the sparks were going. Duh!

In my career as a cop, one Sunday morning I am driving along and all of a sudden I see a garbage truck with the bed up spreading garbage on the city street. I figure some kids have stolen it, but turns out someone put their still burning charcoal from their grill in the trash and the contents is on fire. Had the fire department come put it out and called in an endloader to scoup it back up and load it back on the truck.
