Interesting but too bad nobody was able to tell us what was happening. I use needles like these every day.

I agree. The machine was flicking some off the line, why? It would be cool to see more of the processes. There’s a lot of engineering in sewing needles. These looked like hand sewing needles with the big visible eyes. Machine needles have to be so precise.
