    Looks like July 2, 1928 (bottom left corner)? Li being from a photographer in Limerick county just down the road I assume? - hence the designation: Li 2 7 1928. The dam is still a major generating station and there were 4 of these scroll total built, the edge of the third one can be seen in the bottom right corner. I love the guy on the ladder to nowhere that's leaning against a round support pole! Also love the huge pile of steel inside the base of the crane for extra support.
