I Made a Collet Block That Holds ER and 5C – Could This Help Your Setup?

This is something I’ve been working on for a while – a custom collet block that holds both ER and 5C collets. It’s not flashy, but it’s packed with little details that I’ve found really helpful in day-to-day machining.
I built it to solve some common setup frustrations I’ve had over the years – aiming for better precision, faster setups, and just a smoother overall workflow. It's definitely not perfect, but I'm proud of how it turned out and thought it might be worth sharing in case it helps someone else out there.
🔹 Holds both ER and 5C collets
🔹 Thoughtful design features to speed things up
🔹 Built with real-world use in mind
Thanks for taking the time to check it out. I’d love to hear your thoughts, ideas for improvements, or if you've tackled something similar. Feel free to drop a comment or question – always up for learning and sharing with fellow machinists.
    🙏 Thanks for watching!
