I am a 45 year old who started in a machine shop when I was 14. Since that time I have worked in several shops where I often have to make my own tooling fixtures and devices.

What kind of fixtures and devices do you like to make?

I currently work in manufacturing electrical circuit boards. My most encountered issues are with work holding of small parts, or producing odd cuts in tight areas. Both are hard to do.
