    You can see that tire being ripped – from the force of the explosion – before that guy and everything else disappeared like he was standing in front of and IED. Bet dollars, to the hole in a donut, that dude is no longer with us.

    Even when it works there's a chance of a delayed explosion if the inside of the tire starts burning. Just like when someone welds on a wheel with the tire still attached.
