Leaf blower gutter cleaning attachment. Seems like it creates more problems than it solves. The demo vids for tools like this are interesting; the operator is essentially working blind, but the videos show the result of the work.

Probably works great for those bone-dry leaves that everyone no doubt gets stuck in their gutters.
