Lego steam traction engine concept - photos

Lego has a Lego Ideas section where people can submit ideas for Lego sets. If the ideas garner enough support, real world Lego sets are created from the concepts. I believe there is some sort of software Lego simulator that people are using to create these concepts?

Lego sets are sometimes problematic in that some of the larger sets limit creativity by focusing on single pre-built pieces. Nevertheless, I like this one by Bricked1980, entitled "The Old Workhorse - Traction Engine".
