Put it on craigs list and use the money to buy what you want at Harbor Freight. English wheels are kind of critical on tolerances.
The people that make there stuff have copies well.

I tried the craigslist thing, not worth the hassle for what I can get for it. Its already in pieces, with some of those pieces gone.
its got little worth. I like the idea of a louver roller.
Worst case I add a bright light to it for detail work on little stuff and swivel out of the way.
But I think I can come up with something better.
Buying @ HF is fine when need be but not really in the spirit of a homemade tool.
