Magnetic chuck for surface grinding on my lathe

I need to make thrust washers and spacers of a precise thickness and with a ground finish, but I don't have a surface grinder. Solution? Mag chuck on a D1-4 mount for my Colchester 1800 lathe, and use my toolpost spindle grinder. Featuring AIMEE, my snarky artificial assistant, and some silly stop-frame animation as usual
