Make circles on a table saw | Homemade Jig

    Hello everybody,

I made a circle cutting jig on my cross cut sled so i can cut circles with my table saw.
It works really great, the only problem is the hole in the middle.

I'm searching on a solution to make circles without a hole in the middle right now.

Every suggestion is welcome in a comment below.

    Thank you
    C

Nice build. I have seen similar before and I think Rockler might have a commercial version. You would probably spend more on shipping than your entire costs, though.

What I thought was awesome was the jig you set up to make your knobs! Perfect every time and really ingenious!

As far as not having a center hole - have you considered making a "turn table" slightly undersized from your finished circle, then fastening your blank to the turn table? You could fasten it with some screws into the bottom of your finished circle, if that would be acceptable. I have seen the lathe guys use a "Paper Glue Joint,' but they are using solid wood. I don't know if most modern plywood would work without peeling off the thin final veneer.

    Thanks for the post.
