Such thefts are a problem world wide, reinforced plastic one's stop that, and retain their higher grip surface better, little tightens a bikers buttocks more than a polished manhole cover in the rain...

A friend was just at our house yesterday to use our welder and band saw. He made a stand for a plastic manhole cover so it's now a table.

The cover can from a friend of his, not from a street.
