    Looks more like solder? Especially since they just pull up on it to break it and go to the next spool. Also there's only about a yard (.9144 meters) of material being wound. Not much "wire"

    As usual, that particular foreign writing is caption enough. It says "If a little is good, less is better, not enough is just right."
    We've not the facts or justifications about decent spools with so little material, but I have low tolerance for inadequate,
