You also have consider a few things first and foremost you are watching a highly accelerated video. most if not all of them probably apprenticed from a very young age starting out doing menial tasks working their way up to where they are now, It is a given that not one of them filled out a questioner and hired by some office worker who has never been on the floor, then given a few minutes instruction by some stupidvisor who may or may not have ever worked on the floor, but was most likely are where they are solely for their ability to con themselves into the position. These are the only reasons why in this country we have to have orgs. like OSHA to protect us from ourselves.
