    The truck didn’t slip off of the lift. It was not ever on the lift. Just a fool driving the truck.

    The FPS of the video makes it look like they're locked. I think the driver whiskey throttled to get over the first hump on the lift. I think the green toolbox to his left saved his life!

    I reckon the driver has hit the brake and accelerator at the same time.
    I have a 1972 Land Rover Series III Truck Cab/Pick-Up and a 1962 Land Rover Series 2a Carawagon Camper.

    I think that this is the right answer. If it were an FPS perception, then the back wheels would appear to be locked as well, they're not.
