Rahn ROR is too big for an 18x24 surface plate. This uses a pivoting arm held by two ball bearings & set screws instead of a flexure. Button on side is a travel lock when not in use, also limits pivot arm excursion. Left tester is final design and easier to make (sorta). Thx to Oxtools and NYC CNC for their vids.
