    A five-story "#building" was spotted cruising along the #Yangtze River in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on Saturday. The "building" was actually a floating restaurant. Authorities said the restaurant needed to relocate due to policies. Since it had no power, it needed to be pushed forward by a pair of boats to its new location.
