And I have two hand drills.



The one has no markings. The one with the open gear is a "RAY No. 3" (may be a letter before the R) and is by the "__ANLEY RULE AND LEVEL CO. of _EW BRITAIN CONN. U.S.A." My guess the Stanley tool co.

Both are still functional.
