New tool for milling repeatable chamfers.

I always found it a bit of a pain to hold a part on a 45 degree plate and tighten a milling vise to machine a chamfer. If I pushed down it would slide along the bottom of the vise and the depth in the vise was not easily controlled. Vee blocks work, but the bottom of the vee is often near the top of the jaws not leaving much to clamp on.

Following the precision milling vise square theme, I have made a similar product but at 45 degrees instead of square. The tool incorporates several holes to use to set the height of the part and a stop to prevent the tool sliding. As before, the datum is the top of the vise jaw and not the base making it easier to wipe clean instead of fishing about between the jaws.
