have been reading the posts' of tools and actually utilize some of them! i come from a place called america where union busting is rampant. in the factory i worked in the company actually purchased machinery from different countries just to have different size bolts and thread patterns so the millwrights would have to purchase these tools to service them.if they didn't have the tools they could not work. beat a working man down. i was poor. i made my own tools with there supplies. others followed my lead and we became strong back in the 80's and still today!
hopefully i will have some input on tool design/fabrication they may help someone and this is my reason for jumping on the band wagon. thanks

    Hi cuyler1,

Welcome! Let's see that new pulley bolt spanner…

When you're ready to share some of your own homemade tools, we'd love to see them. Please post them directly in the Homemade Tools subforum. We'll add each one to the database, as well as to your builder page on the site.

Non-tool items should be shared in the Not a Tool, but Homemade subforum.
