I like to look at all of the homemade tools. I like working on cars and building different things. I have recently built a cnc router and my goal was to build it for under $500. I met my goal but that being said a have a collection of metal that I have picked up over my lifetime and used scrap metal and wood to build it I only had to buy the skate board bearings, the motors and drivers, and the acme threads and nuts. The software to draw and use the machine is another story and it cost more than building the machine.
