Oil tanker Sola TS collides with Norwegian Navy frigate Helge Ingstad, severely damaging the latter. The frigate was sold for scrap after Norwegian authorities deemed repairs too costly.

The short video shows upper sheer of frigate raking through upper bow of tanker, while bulbous protrusion of tanker undoubtedly collapsed a good portion of the frigate below water line.
The ineptness seems to hang on the tanker, despite being to starboard (green lamp).

When a 112,000 ton oil tanker collides with a 5,000 ton frigate, what do you expect? The starboard green light of the frigate can be seen from the tanker that has the right of way and classified as a ship restricted in her ability to maneuver. Moreover, the frigate is a small, fast and quick to maneuver ship. The frigate was coming back from NATO exercise, and who knows, who was at the bridge at the time of the collision.
