That left a mark; 1.4 billion worth. 2018, finally raised 2021.

The short video shows upper sheer of frigate raking through upper bow of tanker, while bulbous protrusion of tanker undoubtedly collapsed a good portion of the frigate below water line.
The ineptness seems to hang on the tanker, despite being to starboard (green lamp).
