Builder, Bruce Andersen:
Bruce Andersen of Long Island, NY is a Shoestring Shipyard & Downeast Thunder Creations subscriber and is building my Bootstrap Dinghy design from the free plans download video I posted several months ago. He also made a net from my net making video and then fashioned it into a net bag. Bruce also downloaded the free plans for my plywood cutting jig/rack and used that to help with the dinghy build.
Bruce was kind enough to send a few photos and video clips and gave me permission to show them to you in this video.
I am planning a couple of follow up videos to show Bruce’s progress with his build and possibly launching his new boat when the time comes.
