Ah, I see what you mean. The 'Level of Detail' scale hasn't ever been publicly defined. The number is assigned by the editor approving the entry, but here's how I think of it:

1 - Photo only.
2 - Photo plus brief description.
3 - Photo plus brief description plus at least some measurements.
4 - All of the above plus simple plans.
5 - Detailed plans. CAD, blueprints, design drawings, etc.

I hope that makes it a bit clearer.
