Not a quick job but well worth it especially if you mill in the lathe, more on my builders page.
I have done so many mods to this lathe over the years I now think I should have put them in one place.

I agree it is not a quick job but it will pay dividends.

do u have to unbolt all 6 bolts to change blade or just the top 3 ??
