How many pages comprise a rental agreement; at least there is a degree of certainty a roof is included. Insurance? Greatly multiplied, mainly to submerge all the "but if's".

Expenditures on my part without ANY form of compensation irritates an aware consumer. Typical advertisements laud rate reductions as a lure, do they not? Is not the same scheme made part of a yearly good driver percentage?
If I work for the funds to secure a service (differentiating from products), then so must they to retain me.
I'm betting we have entirely opposite interactions and reactions with providers, offering 'protection'.
