that is fantastic. Hope I never need one. A local guy has a small compact (hyundai getz i think) & his chair is so light he lifts it over his head onto a rack & the chair clicks down to secure it.One of our local servos gives the old service treatment & fills his car etc so he remains in drivers seat. He looks about as mobile as that chap. The VW must have filler on passenger side or it could cause issues though it seems to only needs, at most, the width of the drivers door.
It does take up a lot of room but for independance it's all good.

Pull up to the airport or hotel a porter rolls your luggage out and the car says thank you I'll take it from here. While the poor guy stands there in shock looking around for the candid camera

Easy just ask your car to unload it for you be sure to tip it with a tank full of premium gasoline. But then again if a car can drive itself and load your luggage it may even be able to pump it's own gas. and with the advanced wifi technology it could even pay for it as well Pretty soon cars won't even need us lazy humans at all
