    That looks like a New York pie extra thin crisp crust and almost nothing else on the pizza. I always thought they were a horrible excuse for a pizza but a lot of people like them

    I'm not sure what that green substance and that liquid is, but neither belong on a pizza...

    Most likely parsley as a garnish the liquid could be teriyaki or soy sauce. I've seen both used on those ultra thin tasteless pies at pizza parlors in Manhattan.
    And you are right neither belong on a pizza.
