Some years back, some kids pushed a boulder off an overpass on the thruway.
Semi driver was found dead and his heart was missing. The boulder went through the windshield and the shock was enough for his heart to jump out of his chest. The perpetrators were found and charged with murder and went to jail.

Yep! There likely wasn't even a sound when those boards flew off. Decades ago one of the guys I was working with had a windshield blown out when a loaded truck had a bunch of rocks roll off the trailer. In that case the truck was overloaded in the sense that the rocks where overflowing the walls.

I can believe the found dead part easy enough its the missing heart that I have a problem with. While the shock of fright may have in fact caused his heart to burst killing him but not jump out of his body
