I believe it was GATES that had a great design resource, in PDF form, but I couldn't find it today on their web site. It had all the information to design for these Poly-V type belts. I haven't tried their software yet. The nice thing here is that for these belts the pulley side wall angles are constant which makes pulley manufacture much easier.

These Poly-V belts are great for machine tools and I try to suggest them to anybody needing a power transmission solution for small tools. This flick is a great demonstration of that.
