Things I would change are:
1. Make throat of hacksaw frame deeper.
2. Make blade stroke adjustable to use full length of blade.
3, Make the whole vise adjustable in regard to positioning the vise along the blade stroke and I also would recommend using a power hacksaw blade as I did.
