I saw your comment on the tool entry (Propane Refill Adaptor), though the builder may not. Have you tried contacting him via PM on mig-welding.co.uk?

Hi Ken

Thanks for your suggestion I did try to contact him on the Mig-Welding site but not logged in as a member so did not actually manage to reach him. I have sent an email to Sievert who make the torch I am using and which has been used as part of the adapter to see if they will give me the thread size / type for both ends (and I did not tell them why I wanted the info) but I am expecting to be told to get lost!!!
