Repairing A Portable Gazebo Strut

My portable gazebo is made up of a series of very light weight lengths of aluminum tubing. They hold up rather well but recently one snapped in half. Faced with a perfectly good gazebo with one broken strut, I searched for a simple way to repair it. This article presents what appears to have worked.
