Copper pans are “tinned” with “tin”, not lead.
This video leaves out more than it shows, there is no indication what the tinning material is or what flux is being used.
Hopefully it’s Tin and probably it’s Olive Oil for the flux although I would have expected more smoke from Olive Oil.
