This was my first simple Rotabroach.

I needed something heavier so I made a copy of Doug Ross's super broach:
Rotary Broaching Tool

Using annular and thrust bearings this one reduces much of the friction generated by the broaching action.
In the second picture I have made an extra spindle that can hold my older rotary broach cutters.
I wanted to be able to use the smaller tools in my new broaching tool.

This tool cuts like butter. I ran it thru a 3/4" thick piece of aluminum and it ran smooth as silk. Keeping cutting oil on the broach the entire way.
