    Somewhere in there was control stuff my uncle worked on...like thousands of others.

    I, in turn, worked on the Shuttle

    But I did have fingerprints on the CSM from the Apollo-Soyuz mission.

    It's tough to grasp the scale of the Saturn V until you see it in person. It's equally tough to grasp the depth of detail and sheer brilliance without seeing the bits and baubles up close. Magnificent it is.

    I got to stand under one once and also go up in the elevator to the top, all inside the VAB. That's when I was able to leave fingerprints on the CSM.
