Actually that's a pretty efficient screed. I watched our local contractor use a 30' wide vibrating screed for a new parking lot section. Just like this one, it takes a long, painstaking time to set up the forms to not only keep the surface consistent, but also to support the weight of the machine. That one looks considerably heavier than the vibrating screed. This one is a screed, roller and float it looks like. Just about a one and done process.
