I wonder if that bucket weights the various material before it is dumped into the mixer?

Doubtful, more than likely it is left up to operator experience to get come up with a close enough mix ratio
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products

    Nice, but not yet.

Concrete is really a precise formula and there are different formulas for the application. (e.g. structural, roadway, fast set maintenance mix etc.) I saw them loading sandy material, but no cement to make the concrete. This doesn't appear to be exacting-enough for me. I have a mixer and have mixed and poured my own, and can usually tell what is a good mix or whether it needs more cement, or aggregate etc. and especially how much water to add to make suitable concrete. It's a nice concept but I think needs some more refinement before it will replace the concrete mixing plant.
