Since Kyphosis appears to be the closest description so far. I have to question if even that would be the correct label. All three terms are descriptions of spinal abnormalities mostly referring to the bones. Key words being spine and bones, Sharks have no spine in the sense of it being made of bones and cartilage, the central core of their skeletal structure is called a notochord made entirely of cartilage their vertebrate grow by adding outer layers or rings just as a tree, although still referred to as the spine, I am thinking its condition may have been caused by blunt force trauma such as an Orca striking it
