Have you guys seen the wheels that lock up on the carts? If you set the alarm off When leaving the store, the cart has a pair of wheels that magnetically lock until someone from the store disarms it. I first noticed them on the carts at the Kroger’s I shop at about 1.5 years ago and have since seen them on some of the dollar store buggies around here. I am from Central Ohio.
