Remember, as George Carlin said, "Half the people you meet are of below average intelligence." ( or words to that effect.)

With 1.4 BILLION people in the Chinese population, there are bound to be a large number of even less intelligence.
But probably just as many idiots per capita in any population. Plenty of stupid people everywhere I suspect.

the problem with a statement like that is that you must first quantify "average". If average is IQ65, then the whole lot are substandard compared to the rest of the nation.

They could always apply to take the Mensa qualification test but in my opinion their IQ would drop by 10 points immediately if they decided to join upon completion of the test
